• By enrolling in and using the Design Engineer program, user agrees to opting in to receive Sharp/NEC communications.
  • If target account has already been spec'd in as part of another already registered/approved project or as a protected opportunity or enrolled in any other appropriate program, Sharp/NEC reserves the right to deny request.
  • If target account already has a RFQ assigned to it to a different reseller, Sharp/NEC reserves the right to deny request.
  • This program is valid for all NEC and Sharp display products.
  • This program is valid only for Design Engineer type roles.
  • Design Engineer must be enrolled in the Design Engineering program.
  • DE reward(s) for the approved spec'd project will be send out after verification of project. Recipient must submit proof of spec'd in project.
  • Rewards Structure*:
    • * Earnings may be superseded by promotional incentives
    • Deal Amount will be calculated based on reseller's price from their distributor or Sharp/NEC
  • Points will be awarded to closed projects that meet a $1k minimum value in NEC equipment.
  • In the case when more than one person has submitted a project registration form for the same end-user project, SNDS will reward the DE Reward to the first person who has submitted the registration form based on the time stamp available on E-mail. When no such time stamp is available, SNDS will be the sole determinant of the person to receive the reward. Such decision is considered final and non-negotiable.
  • SNDS is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected mail.
  • SNDS reserves the rights to review the validity of your purchases from our participating distributors and direct sales. Fraudulent submissions of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution under the US Mail Fraud Statures (18 USC. Section 1341 & 1342).
  • SNDS reserves the rights to deny claims submitted without the appropriate claim form, serial number list and end-user invoices/receipts.
  • Incentive payment(s) earned through participating in the program may be subject to tax liability. Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of points is the responsibility of participant. Participants must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
  • Incentives can change quarterly but not limited to giveaways, cash, gift cards, and other incentive type rewards.
  • Approved Design Engineering project does not have to result in a sale to get paid out a reward.
  • Design Engineers who are approved in Sharp/NEC SPIF program can take advantage of this program.
